Synopsis:

On December of 1935, days before the death of dictator Gómez, Don Aurelio Cardenas, a civilian chief of a village in the Venezuelan plains, is forced to investigate a series of horrific crimes committed by someone who whistles eerily in the darkness of the savannah to then attack drunk and lustful men.
